CSA Pick-up July 5th & 7th
**Montpelier pick-up will be on TUESDAY, July 5th this week**
Edge walked inside this morning with three cherry tomatoes in his hand, and we each popped one into our mouths as a small celebration of the month to come. There really were only three ripe ones this morning, not enough to put tomatoes on the harvest list for next week, but it bodes well for what’s to come! In just another 2 weeks or so the greenhouse will brighten up with red, pink, orange and yellow tomatoes. Yum!

We love hearing from you all about your kitchen escapades with the CSA vegetables. What’s been your favorite vegetable? The best meal you’ve made? What are you looking forward to most? We strive to give you a balanced share each week with a mix of new and familiar crops, and we welcome your questions and comments as the season progresses.
Beginning next week, we’ll have Rugged Ridge Forest’s maple syrup (produced in Worcester), plus ground lamb from Worcester’s Osprey Hill Farm available for sale at the farm stand.

- Zucchini/summer squash
- Snap peas
- Beets
- Herbs
- Choice of fennel, kohlrabi, or garlic scapes
