Pre-Season Pizza Night on June 2

Ahh, those few days of sun and heat were glorious, weren’t they?  We worked hard and got a lot done under the sun: more plantings in the field, more beds prepped, and seedlings moved outside to harden off.

This spring’s cool and wet weather have put a damper (pun intended) on growth, and our early plantings are just now starting to jump into speed.  

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the crops, and in order to start off with a bigger harvest, we’ve decided to set the first CSA pick-up to Friday, June 9.

The first CSA pick-up schedule is:

  • Worcester: Friday, June 9 @ the farm, 3:00-7:00
  • Montpelier: Monday, June 12 @ Union Elementary, 4:30-6:30
  • Work-place WCMH: Wednesday, June 14

Until then, you are all invited to a pre-season pizza night at the farm on Friday, June 2 from 4:00-7:00.  

We’ll have wood-fired pizza (slices by donation), and this is a great time to come see the farm and where your food is grown.

And if you’re looking for some organic seedlings for your garden, we’ll have them for sale at the pizza night.
