2022 CSA Pick-Up Schedule

PICK-UP LOCATIONS

WINTER & SPRING CSA:

  • Montpelier: Woodbelly Pizza, 79 Barre St.
    • Mondays from 4:00 – 6:30 pm
  • Maple Corner Community Store, Calais
    • Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:30
  • Worcester Town Hall
    • Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:30 

SUMMER CSA:

  • Montpelier: Union Elementary School, 1 Park Ave
    • Mondays, 4:30 – 6:30 pm
  • Maple Corner Community Store, Calais
    • Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:30
  • Worcester: Good Heart Farmstead, 155 Dugar Ext
    • Wednesdays from 4:00 – 7:00
    • Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:00 

FALL CSA:

  • Montpelier: Woodbelly Pizza, 79 Barre St.
    • Mondays from 4:30 – 6:30 pm
  • Maple Corner Community Store, Calais
    • Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:30
  • Worcester: Good Heart Farmstead 9/26 – 10/13, then Worcester Town Hall for the remainder of the season.

SEASONAL PICK-UP DATES:

  • Winter CSA season: January 10 – March 17
  • Spring CSA season: March 28 – June 2
  • Summer CSA season: June 6 – September 22
  • Fall CSA season: September 26 – December 15

Please note that we may shift the start/end dates by one week based on the weather and how the crops are doing.  We’ll always adjust the schedule to ensure you receive the full value of the share you paid for.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION:

While we’ll gladly accommodate you if you need to change your pick-up once or twice, we ask that you choose one location and stick to it. 

Logistically, we aren’t able to track multiple changes from week to week.  We commit to you and work hard to deliver your share as scheduled, and we ask that you in turn pick up at the scheduled time.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A PICK-UP

If you know you’re going to miss pick-up, you have three options:

  1. Have someone else pick up for you
  2. Contact us at least 1 day beforehand to switch your day.
  3. Donate your share to the Worcester Food Shelf.

If you miss pick-up without notifying us ahead of time:

Email us that night, and we’ll hold your share at the farm for one day.  For example, if you pick-up on Mondays in Montpelier, you can come to the farm to get your share on Tuesday by 7:00 p.m.  

*Once you’ve emailed us and received confirmation* missed shares will be put in a cooler in our farm stand, to be picked up by 7:00 pm the following day.  

After that, any missed shares will be donated to the Worcester Food Shelf.  If you miss pick-up without notifying us ahead of time, and miss the extended pick-up window, we aren’t able to offer you another share that week, as we’ve already harvested for you.

We’ll email you each week, typically on Friday, with the harvest list and accompanying recipes for the coming week.

Please be sure to check your email inbox every week, and “whitelist” our emails so we don’t end up in your spam/junk folder.

For gmail: drag one of our emails out of the “promotions” tab and into your primary tab.

For other email providers: add our email address to your address book.
