VT Farm Share Program

34736_544074523409_8245431_nTo increase food accessibility to low-income families, we have partnered with NOFA’s Vermont Farm Share Program.  Through this program, we     are able to subsidize CSA shares for low-income families throughout our community.  Here is how it works: For every dollar Good Heart Farmstead  raises, NOFA-VT will match us, and the result allows us to offer CSA shares at 50% off to income-eligible Vermonters.

Who’s eligible?

The table below shows income eligibility based on household size and income per week, month, and year.

2015 Income Guidelines (185% Federal Poverty Limit)
