NOFA-VT Farm Share Program

As part of our mission to increase food accessibility to low-income families, we partner with the NOFA-VT Vermont Farm Share Program.

Through this program, we’re able to subsidize CSA shares for low-income families throughout our community.

Here’s how it works:

For every dollar Good Heart Farmstead raises, NOFA-VT will match us, and the result allows us to offer CSA shares at 50% off to income-eligible Vermonters.

Who’s eligible?

Below are income guidelines based on 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines. If your income falls within this bracket, we encourage you to apply for the program.

Eat Well, Do GoodHow You Can Help

We believe that eating well shouldn’t depend on how much money you make.

That’s why we put 10% of every full-priced Farm Share we sell towards subsidies for low-income Vermonters — so your Farm Share feeds you and helps feed those in need.

Want to make a bigger difference? Help us feed the community by making a tax-deductible donation today.

You can donate to the Farm Share Program online (make sure to choose “Farm Share” in the Campaign options, and write Good Heart Farmstead in the Donor Note) or mail your donation directly to NOFA.

Thanks for supporting your community and helping everyone eat well. You’ve got a good heart.
