CSA Pick-up November 9 & 10

This week marks the halfway point in the Fall Harvest Share, meaning that, despite last week’s warmth, Winter Solstice is only six weeks away, and Thanksgiving is even closer!

In anticipation of holiday dinners, we’ve planned the Thanksgiving share and have it listed here for you as you plan your menu:
Potatoes-2 lbs
Carrots-one large bunch (apprx. 1.5 lbs)
Onions- 1 lb
Garlic- 2 heads
Salad- 1/2 lb
Sage or Thyme- 1 bunch
Pumpkin Puree- 16 oz

We are also excited to be able to offer an optional Thanksgiving Bounty Share to help you stock up for the big meal.  The Bounty Share is $25 and includes 2 lbs potatoes, one large fresh bunch of carrots, 1 lb onions, 2 heads of garlic, 1 bunch of sage , and 16 oz pumpkin puree.  In the spirit of giving, and to help all our neighbors enjoy the bounty, $5 of each sale will go to the Worcester Food Bank.  

We have 20 Thanksgiving Bounty Shares available, so pre-order yours early!  Email or call us to order.  You can pick-up your bounty along with your regular share at the CSA pick-up the week of Thanksgiving.
